Hall Green Church

Welcome to Hall Green Methodist Church Hall Green Methodist Church is situated at the junction of Roseberry Avenue and Almond Tree Avenue.  The chapel  was built at the same time as the surrounding housing estate in the mid-1960s and dedicated for worship in 1966  Its original  congregation resulted from the amalgamation of the Alderman’s Green and Bell Green Societies, which had been in existence for about 100 years.

From its early days with a membership of over 100 and a full range of community and youth activities, numbers have declined as the Church has struggled to find a role in the changing community around. But we look to the future in hope, as we work with our friends from other local churches to understand God’s purpose for the place and to serve God in the community.

Our main service of worship is at 11 am each Sunday. There are various fellowship and Bible study groups during the week. We have a variety of rooms available for use by the local community and we would like to be seen as a community church. Please join us at one or other of our services.  You will be very welcome.
